Please review the documents within the "Billing Cycle & Form Entry Requirements" as this will guide you on how to properly submit your repair forms for Billing. 

If you are going to work at a Waste Pro or Coastal Waste facility, please review the "Client Specific Requirements" as well  to ensure proper customer sticker placement.  

Reviewing and following the guides in these sections will ensure your repair forms are not rejected and are billed on schedule. 

Failure to follow these guides may result in a delay in the billing process, which results in a delay in payments.
